Wellness & Wellness is a non-profit organization that provides health care and social services in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Established in 1969, they have multiple locations in LA that offer a range of services, including housing for homeless youth and programs for seniors.

AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) Health is another organization that works to ensure equity in health care and promote the well-being of LGBTQ people and other marginalized communities, as well as those living with or affected by HIV. The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Los Angeles Children's Hospital is dedicated to helping young people aged 12 to 25 by addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs. They have initiatives in all 50 states to support LGBTQ youth. The Los Angeles Gay Men's Choir is a performing arts group that uses music to connect the LGBTQ community with LA residents and visitors.

Founded in 1997, they have been guest artists with the Los Angeles Gay Men's Choir. The Los Angeles LGBT Center is the largest LGBTQ organization in the US, with 800 employees providing programs, services, and global promotion for individuals and their families. GLSEN Los Angeles is a chapter of GLSEN, a national organization that fights for the right of all students to a safe and supportive education. Latino Equality Alliance is another Community Partners project that works to advocate for the equity, safety, and well-being of the Latino LGBTQ+ community in LA.

Los Angeles Children's Hospital also has a Center for Transgender Youth Health and Development that provides positive care to transgender and gender-diverse children, adolescents, and young adults. To raise awareness about LGBTQ issues, they recently launched a campaign filmed entirely with people from the LGBTQ community.
